Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Financial Specialist to
provide support in financial aid and student accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students and parents with financial aid inquiries and
payment arrangements
Respond to inbound and outbound communications regarding financial
aid and student account concerns
Troubleshoot account issues related to payments and financial
arrangements
Required Qualifications
Desire to develop client relationships and provide excellent
customer service
Ability to process multiple tasks and a variety of constituent
issues
Proficiency in a computer environment and handling confidential
information
Bachelor's degree preferred
