Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Captive Insurance
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and
administrative support staff
Oversee client financial statement production, compliance filings,
and ensure timely delivery of reports
Ensure client profitability and recommend pricing adjustments based
on scope of work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership
role
2+ years of experience in the captive insurance industry
Additional certifications such as ACI, CPA, or MBA are a plus
Proficient in MS Office programs and various desktop tools
