inspire some of the most promising youth in the Sugar House area.

About the Role:
As our Teen Program Director, you'll be the driving force behind a
diverse range of programs for teens aged 11-18 (6th-12th grade).
Your mission is to develop, implement, and evaluate programs that
resonate with our teens' needs, interests, and aspirations. You'll
also take charge of building and maintaining strong relationships
with our community partners, school administrations, and the
families we serve.
This role isn't just about planning activities; it's about leading
with vision and heart. You'll be managing budgets, supervising
staff, and ensuring that every program meets its goals. You'll also
have the opportunity to mentor and guide our team, creating a
supportive and empowering environment where both staff and teens
can thrive.
