It's an exciting time to join the HF Sinclair Marketing Team in
our Retail Fuels Division. Over the last 100+ years we have grown
to over 1,500 Sinclair sites and have an ambitious growth plan to
continue growing significantly over the coming years.HF Sinclair in
Salt Lake City, UT are currently looking for a passionate and
creative Brand & Strategy Manager brand builder with big ideas.
This is a highly Strategic role that will focus on growing the
value of the Sinclair brand through new creative ways and programs.
This person will own and lead our relationships with our agency of
record and insights agencies to Create new and exciting brand
campaigns that will attract new consumers and retain existing ones,
in addition to enhancing our Distributor Value Proposition.Job
Duties
- Develop an Actionable Insights Strategy & Program
- Develop a new Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the organization through annual brand planning
- Develop Brand Campaigns and ATL & BTL advertising & marketing
creative assets
- Assess, recommend and manage Corporate Brand Sponsorships
- Transition Branded Merchandise Program from an in-house program
to a 3rd-party managed program
- Assess, recommend, manage and create a new strategy for Brand
Licensing Agreements
- Manage External & Internal Brand CommunicationsSpecial
assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor,
as determined from time to time in their sole and complete
discretion.Experience7+ years of professional marketing
experienceManaging and growing a Fortune 500 brand or a new
innovative brandPerforming consumer and customer segmentation and
persona buildingCreating clear, effective and detailed agency
briefs to ensure efficient executionEnd-to-end experience managing
creative production execution with agenciesDelivering sophisticated
projects by collaborating with and delivering through
othersManaging medium to large marketing agency
relationshipsCreating new strategies and implementing them to
deliver resultsManaging sponsorships and extracting maximum value
from themEngaging and collaborating with
franchisees/distributorsCreating effective and engaging brand
communications to consumers, customers and internal
stakeholdersBachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar business
related fieldRequired SkillsPresentation to groups of all
sizesStrong organizational skills & project managementCreative
CopywritingCollaborating with team, cross-functional team and
customersPreferred Skills:Experience working with Agile methodology
and ways of workingPotentially 1 direct report Associate Brand
Manager or a dotted line Marketing Implementer to support with
certain job duties and responsibilities.Work ConditionsHybrid - In
general, work from home on Mondays and Fridays, work from Salt Lake
City office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On occasion there
will be a business need to come to the office on a Monday or a
Friday. Certain events, sponsorships and trade shows may require to
work on a weekend.Travel - 10-25% by land and air required. Subject
