Salt Lake City, UT Full-time $140,000.00 - $180,000.00Posted 11/07/2024Senior Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will oversee large-scale construction projects, specifically focusing on heavy civil earthwork and environmental remediation. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will be based out of the SLC area but will require travel throughout he Mountain region as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage heavy civil construction projects from initiation to completion.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout project execution.Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project activities.Qualifications10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on heavy civil and environmental projects.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).PE or EIT a major plus.Proven experience in earthwork, dirt-work, and mass excavation.Familiarity with USACE regulations and standards.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Willingness to travel regionally as required for project oversight.Benefits -$140,000 - $180,000 base salary depending on experienceUnlimited PTO401k with matchGreat healthcare benefitsTravel allowancesTraining & professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.Preferred SkillsConstructionHeavy CivilearthworkDirt-workMass ExcavationProject ManagerremediationEnvironmental ConstructionsoilUSACE
