Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator - After
Hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage crises and provide telephone support to clients with complex
behavioral health issues
Ensure client safety and connect clients to high-quality,
evidence-based providers and facilities
Adapt quickly to new protocols and contribute to process
improvements within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; independent
clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required
Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
(e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
Must be a full-time resident of the United States
