Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Medical Oncology-Supportive Care)

This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will join our Oncology team based in Logan, Utah. Our world-class physicians and APPs utilize advanced methods and therapies to reduce and eliminate cancer cells. Care plans are tailored to individual patients, considering their cancer type, stage, location, and other relevant factors.

The APP will deliver care at our outpatient cancer clinic, focusing predominantly on providing supportive care. This will involve advanced symptom management, encompassing both physical and emotional symptoms, as well as the side effects resulting from cancer and its treatments. The other portion will provide team-based care to cancer patients for follow-up and treatment visits as needed.

Full-time benefits are eligible, and the APP will typically be scheduled for 30 hours weekly. On a limited basis, there is potential to assist in after-hours clinic calls in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. While based at the cancer center in Logan, the APP may be asked to provide coverage at our other facilities via telehealth as needed.

We highly prefer an APP with a passion for oncology and a background in Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Palliative Care.
