General Definition of Work:

Performs intermediate professional and administrative work handling a variety of tasks, including but not limited to coordination of special projects and related office operations in the PWI (Projects, Warehouse, Installation) Department as assigned by the Special Projects Manager, and other Project Managers for the PWI account. Performs related work as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Special Projects Manager.

Essential Functions/Typical Tasks:

Planning, organizing and coordinating assignments which involve program specific operations and administrative services; maintaining official records and files; preparing reports. (The following tasks are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.)

--- Collects, compiles, evaluates, and reports department-specific data or administrative information

--- Organizes work processes and coordinates work, as assigned by the SPM

--- Monitors compliance of various 3rd party agents, including but not limited to labeling, scanning, inventory management and reporting

--- Coordinates product deliveries and pick-ups with 3rd party agents

--- Conducts research and analysis requiring data compilation; analyzes information and makes recommendations

--- Plans and coordinates local deliveries with Operations team and Project Managers

--- Attends monthly calls with partner warehouses

--- Respond to 100+ emails a day

--- Works as partner liaison to the customer and 3rd party agent

--- Assists with other department programs and special events as required

--- Performs related tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Thorough knowledge of research methods and techniques, report preparation and presentation; ability to research and collect data; ability to maintain detailed records and prepare accurate reports; ability to make decisions and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form; ability to deal with public relations problems courteously and tactfully; ability to instruct 3rd party partners; ability to adhere to and enforce rules and regulations; ability to use a variety of standard office equipment, including a computer; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Highschool Diploma or GED. 2+ years of project coordination related experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in business or communication is highly recommended.

Physical Requirements:

This is sedentary work requiring the exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects; work requires reaching, fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work; hearing is preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operation of office equipment, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing general surroundings and activities; the worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, and noise.

Special Requirements: Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the state of Utah. A love for working hard and being recognized and rewarded for it.

    Pay: $20.00-$22.00 Depending on Experience

    Position Type: Part Time

    Hybrid position-reporting to North Salt Lake, UT with the possibility of becoming full time in 2025
