Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients to encourage
enrollment
Create exceptional patient enrollment experiences and share
insights with peers
Gather patient insights on enrollment experience to identify areas
for improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven adaptability in a high-volume call environment
Experience in cross-selling or upselling services
High-quality data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
Natural ability to express empathy with a patient-focused
mindset
