• 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Snow Park F&B Service Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and supply ordering for the lodge attendant operations at Snow Park Lodge.
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Train all stewards, steward crew leaders, lodge attendants, and lodge attendant crew leaders
    
    • Supervise the staff and delegate duties as appropriate
      
      • Help develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of business
        
        • Maintain a departmental log with a record of work accomplished, staff attendance, and performance notes
          
          • Conduct weekly staff meetings and review time records
            
            • Conduct an inventory of wares and furnishings at the Snow Park lodges and order new supplies as needed
              
              • Report failures or problems with departmental equipment to building maintenance
                
                • Assist food & beverage management in any matters as requested
                  
                  • Conduct a daily review of building cleanliness and properly set guest space
                    
                    • Other duties as assigned
                      
                      
                      QUALIFICATIONS:
                      • Previous supervisory experience preferred
                        
                        • Previous experience in food service or janitorial operations preferred
                          
                          • Spanish speaking candidates preferred
                            
                            • Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record
                              
                              • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time
