Job Description:
A company is looking for an Affordable Housing Compliance
Specialist to join their property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and analyze monthly and quarterly EIV reports for HUD
properties
Monitor and manage the Special Claims process and ensure timely
document submission
Collaborate with site staff on New Hires and discrepancies until
resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior Project Based Section 8 experience
Minimum two years of experience with Enterprise Income Verification
(EIV) processes
Two years of affordable housing compliance experience with
knowledge of HUD Secure Systems
Yardi experience preferred but not required
Special Claims experience preferred but not required
