Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the
onboarding process for new provider hires.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a personalized concierge for new hires, ensuring a positive
onboarding experience
Lead a portfolio of up to 50 new provider hires through the
onboarding process, including credentialing and training
Facilitate communication between new hires and partner teams,
ensuring all details are addressed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of operational process experience in a customer-facing
environment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-centric
experiences
Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
Demonstrated excellent cultural awareness and curiosity
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player
