Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Implementation Specialist to assist in deploying benefit administration systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting buildout, integrations, and training for benefit administration systems
Complete all required documentation for the installation of various services
Provide technical resources and support to client teams, ensuring successful implementation

Qualifications and Education:

High School diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in implementation of services such as COBRA admin, HRIS, or FSA admin
Strong data administration skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management software
