Job Description:
A company is looking for an ASL Customer Support Representative
(Remote) to provide customer service in American Sign Language.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in ASL regarding troubleshooting,
billing, and service inquiries
Educate customers on billing details and facilitate payment
options
Document call details accurately and close sales for additional
products and services
Required Qualifications
Ability to communicate efficiently in American Sign Language
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
1 year of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or
connectivity issues (preferred)
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
