Job SummaryProvides curriculum development and instructional design
guidance, and Light Rail Business Unit training process support.
Assists in the Development, design, and research of programs for
training courses for Light Rail Business Unit training programs.
Assists Light Rail/Maintenance of Way Training
Administrator/Designers/Specialists in implementing Unit wide
standardized curriculum, instructional development and management,
training analytics, and training process compliance. Creates
training content and delivery assessment for application in
settings across the business unit, including for E-learning.
Implements best practice instructional design methods to foster
consistent training standards and effective learning for the
student. Assists with administering the Learning Management System
(LMS). May directly prepare, organize, and conduct training courses
and certifications as needed. Liaises between Training Department
and Subject Matter Experts in training activities. Leads,
facilitates, and participates in committee meetings to ensure group
effectiveness and awareness.This will be a part-time internship,
hours are flexible and will not exceed 29 hours per week.Minimum
