Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Level Financial Analyst II to
validate and approve aviation invoices for fire suppression
services.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices for aviation and non-aviation services
Create, review, and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy
Prepare recurring, special, or ad-hoc financial reports and
analyses
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a recognized financial field preferred
Minimum of three years of governmental accounting, business
management, or budget experience
Experience with financial process functions or systems
Proficiency with SAP, FBMS, PRISM, or equivalent systems
preferred
Ability to create and process sales orders, purchase requests, and
contracting documents
